Once the claim has been finalised, whether by agreement or adjudication, will immediately attempt to make payment.


If bank details were submitted as part of raising the claim, then we will make payment within 2 working days and you will receive the funds in a maximum of 10 days. This delay is due to the interaction between our banks; in most circumstances you should expect money in your account within a week.


If bank details were not submitted, then you will need to provide them to us now. You can do that by emailing [email protected] or by calling our team of advisers on 0333 200 2542. As soon as we have them, we will commence payment in the same way as above.


The payment will show in your account as from Global Property Ventures. You can also choose a reference for the payment when notifying us about a claim or, if you didn't submit them upfront, when we ask for bank details.
