Getting the Link To Your Account


In any of the emails from Zero Deposit ([email protected]) you can either click on a link to your claim account or the pink button to open up the claim login page. 


2(a) Logging into Claims System for the First Time


You will first set the password that you will use whenever you log into the claims system. Once you’ve done this, you’ll enter the claims system. We will ask you to confirm that this is your tenancy, for security reasons. First press confirm tenancy and then enter the postcode for the property. Once you’ve done that, press the Submit button.


If you have been unable to verify your tenancy and access your account, then please call us on 0333 200 2541.

2(b) Logging in After This


You simply need to enter your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password then you can reset it by clicking Forgot Password?, entering your email address, and clicking on the link that we will then send you.


3. Claims Summary


You are successfully in the claims system and can see the claim summary. Each time you log into the claims system you'll see this page. This shows you where the claim is in the journey and, if you were one of multiple tenants, lets you see who the lead tenant is. The pink button in the top left hand corner lets you see the latest information on the claim and, if you are the lead tenant, take any action.
